As a self taught artist and photographer, I wanted to evoke in the viewer the same feelings I have when I look through the lens onto a beautiful sunrise or a desolate beach. i’ve spent my life on this sandbar and in turn found a deep connection to the ever changing landscape of this place.

I have always enjoyed the solitude that can be found outdoors here. with a short drive. A lot of people don’t open their eyes to the wilderness that exists here, and it can become easy to take your backyard for granted.

I feel a purpose to bring to light the beauty, not only of mother nature, but of home and share it with viewers. Hopefully within my work you can feel the fragility of a place not only demands respect but forces you too.
